I went back to the Oxfordshire farm yesterday to capture the blossom and bluebells and then went back in the dark to get some night shots. It was a full moon last night but unfortunately it was hiding behind clouds. It was, however, a lovely evening and very still. The family put all the lights on so I could take my shots, it was good fun and a bit different. The night shots will make a nice ending to their photo book. I did manage to get a moon shot later in the evening but it didn't get clear of the clouds completely.
During the day I was lying the woods getting my bluebell shots and when I got up I realised I had been next to a hen Pheasant who had been hiding. They are so silent, I never realised she was there. Of course, once she moved she was just too fast for me to get a photo which was a shame! I also disturbed some deer but they heard me a long time before I saw them!

Spring Lambs!
I spent the morning at a farm in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside photographing the ewes with their lambs. The weather was amazing, there wasn't a cloud in the sky and it was just so warm.
The sheep were very camera shy and I had to sit and wait for them to forget I was there! It was a bit too hot for the lambs so their were very lazy, sunbathing in the warm sunshine. The poor ewes were panting with their thick woolly coats, I bet they can't wait for the shearer's to come over from New Zealand - neither can I because I am going to go back and get some shots of them working!!
